Sign in with your Alma Mater identity (your @almamater.si username and password).<\/p>

Important:<\/strong> If you use other Microsoft accounts (e.g. from other institutions or for personal use), we recommend signing in to VIS with your Alma Mater account in an incognito (private) window or in a different browser where you are not signed in to Microsoft services.<\/p><\/div>\n

Open URNIK and URNIKI<\/h3>

Click URNIK<\/strong> and then URNIKI<\/strong>.<\/p>

Enter your student ID<\/h3>

In the ID \u0161tudenta<\/strong> (Student ID) field at the top left, enter your student ID number<\/strong> and confirm with the arrow. Your personal timetable will appear.<\/p>

Find the ZOOM links<\/h3>

The activities will appear with a link to the ZOOM conference.<\/p>

Navigate between weeks<\/h3>

To move between weeks, click the arrows above the timetable.<\/p>

Create a permanent link<\/h3>

Click the quick-link icon for the timetable of the selected group, room, lecturer or course. This creates a permanent link with the currently selected filters.<\/p>

Export the timetable (Izpisi)<\/h3>

To export the timetable as a PDF, click Izpisi<\/strong> (Exports).<\/p>

Choose the period and format<\/h3>

Select the time period and the export format (PDF or Excel).<\/p>
