            Using Moodle on your phone<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

            You can use Moodle in your mobile browser or in the official Moodle mobile app.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

            • Install the Moodle app from the official app store.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
            • Enter your institution’s Moodle web address.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
            • Log in with your username and password.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
            • Allow notifications if you want to receive reminders.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

              Recommendation:<\/strong> For submitting important seminar assignments and taking longer quizzes, use a computer instead.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

              I cannot log in<\/td>Check your account, your password and the web address, and check whether Caps Lock happens to be on. After several failed attempts, use password recovery or contact support.<\/td><\/tr>
              I cannot see my course<\/td>Check the filters and that you are using the right user account. If you still cannot find the course, contact the instructor or the Student Office.<\/td><\/tr>
              I cannot upload a file<\/td>Check the type, the size and the name of the file. Also try a different browser.<\/td><\/tr>
              My assignment is not marked as submitted<\/td>Check whether, after saving, you still have to click Submit assignment and confirm the submission.<\/td><\/tr>
              I cannot post in a forum<\/td>The forum may be read-only, or you may not be enrolled in the course yet.<\/td><\/tr>
              The quiz does not open<\/td>Check the start date, the deadline, the number of attempts and your internet connection.<\/td><\/tr><\/tbody><\/table><\/figure>\n\n\n\n

              Recommendations for new students<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

              • Log in to Moodle several times a week, not only before a submission deadline.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
              • Regularly check your notifications, the forums, the timeline and the calendar.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
              • Read the instructions for every assignment in full.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
              • Give your files clear names, for example Surname_Name_Seminar_assignment.pdf.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
              • Submit your assignments early enough to leave time for solving technical problems.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
              • Check the submission status after every submission.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
              • If you run into problems, take a screenshot and state the course, the activity and the time of the problem.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
