I cannot hear the others<\/td>Check your computer’s volume, the speaker selected in the Teams settings, and the headphone connection.<\/td><\/tr>
Others cannot hear me<\/td>Check whether your microphone is muted, and select the correct microphone in the device settings.<\/td><\/tr>
The camera does not work<\/td>Close other programs that use the camera, check the operating system permissions, and restart Teams.<\/td><\/tr>
Poor or dropping connection<\/td>Turn off your camera, stop other downloads, use a wired connection, or move closer to the wireless access point.<\/td><\/tr>
Echo or feedback<\/td>Use headphones and make sure that only one microphone or speaker is turned on in the room.<\/td><\/tr>
