If the activity is not there, contact the instructor.<\/td><\/tr><tr><td>The file will not upload<\/td><td>Check the file format, the size, password protection and the internet connection. For a PDF, check that it contains real text and not just scanned images.<\/td><\/tr><tr><td>The wrong file was submitted<\/td><td>If resubmission is enabled, submit the corrected file. If the option is not available, notify the instructor immediately.<\/td><\/tr><tr><td>The similarity score is not shown<\/td><td>The report may still be generating, the instructor may have hidden it, or it may be set to be generated only at the due date.<\/td><\/tr><tr><td>The report will not open<\/td><td>Check pop-up blocking in your browser, refresh the page, or try another supported browser.<\/td><\/tr><tr><td>I do not know whether the submission went through<\/td><td>Check the status, the date and time of the submission and the Digital Receipt \u2013 see <a href=\"https:\/\/support.almamater.si\/en\/for-students\/applications\/turnitin-submission-receipt-students\/\">Checking your submission<\/a>.<\/td><\/tr><tr><td>The due date has already passed<\/td><td>If late submission is not enabled, contact the instructor.
