Some activities, for example some online exams, still take place in Zoom; the button in the timetable opens the right application (see <a href=\"https:\/\/support.almamater.si\/en\/for-employees\/organisation\/zoom-video-conferencing-employees\/\">ZOOM video conferencing<\/a>).<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Where to find the link<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The meeting link is in the Wise Timetable at the activity. You do not receive a Teams invitation, and we no longer send a PDF with links.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-group is-style-step is-layout-flow wp-block-group-is-layout-flow\">\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Open your timetable.<\/strong> Every week you receive an e-mail reminder with a button that opens your timetable. You can also open it in VIS: <strong>TIMETABLE<\/strong> and then <strong>TIMETABLES<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large is-style-screenshot\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/support.almamater.si\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/09\/wtt-06-individualni-en.png\" alt=\"The lecturer's personal timetable with the weekly overview of activities\" class=\"wp-image-6657\"\/><\/figure>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-group is-style-step is-layout-flow wp-block-group-is-layout-flow\">\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Open the activity.<\/strong> Click the activity card. For an online or hybrid activity it shows the <strong>Join online<\/strong> button, which opens the meeting in Teams. The <strong>Copy<\/strong> button next to it copies the link.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large is-style-screenshot\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/support.almamater.si\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/09\/wtt-08-dogodek-kopiraj-en.png\" alt=\"Activity page with the Join online button and the Copy button\" class=\"wp-image-6663\"\/><\/figure>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Other routes to the timetable (the <strong>Lecturers<\/strong> filter in the web timetable, a permanent link to the view and the calendar subscription in VIS) are described in the article <a href=\"https:\/\/support.almamater.si\/en\/for-employees\/applications\/accessing-wise-timetable-employees\/\">Accessing the Wise Timetable<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-group is-style-warning is-layout-flow wp-block-group-is-layout-flow\">\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Always start the meeting from the timetable.<\/strong> This way you use the right link even if the activity has changed.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Signing in and running the meeting<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-group is-style-warning is-layout-flow wp-block-group-is-layout-flow\">\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Sign in with your @almamater.si account.<\/strong> Only then are you, as the lecturer in the timetable, a co-organizer of the meeting.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>We recommend the Teams desktop app.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The technician admits participants from the lobby; you can also admit them yourself if needed.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>By default, students cannot share their screen. In the list of participants, give the student who should present the <strong>presenter<\/strong> role.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Microphone, camera, screen sharing and chat: see <a href=\"https:\/\/support.almamater.si\/en\/for-employees\/organisation\/meetings-and-video-conferences-employees\/\">Meetings and video conferences<\/a>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Hybrid delivery in the classroom<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>On the classroom computer, sign in to the Teams app with your own @almamater.si account. Sign out after the lecture.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The technician helps you with this.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>A substitute lecturer who is not in the timetable contacts the technician.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Attendance<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>You show the QR code for attendance from the FLOW system. Students sign in within the first 15 minutes and sign out at the end. Instructions are in the article <a href=\"https:\/\/support.almamater.si\/en\/for-employees\/applications\/show-qr-code-attendance-employees\/\">Show the QR code for attendance<\/a>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>In hybrid delivery you do not show the QR code on the video conference.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"posnetki\">Recordings<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Recording starts automatically, and Teams notifies the participants. The technician publishes the recording in the course&#8217;s e-Classroom.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Change of delivery or cancellation<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Report a change of the delivery mode or the cancellation of an activity to the Student Office in time.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"tezave-in-pomoc\">Problems and help<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>The technician helps you. In the classroom, the technician&#8217;s contact is on the lecturer&#8217;s desk.
