At Alma Mater Europaea University, we provide users with a single digital identity that is created when students are invited to enroll and linked to your Microsoft365 university account.
For university teachers, the digital identity is created by the responsible department.
The username is automatically created from first and last names.
If this combination already exists, a serial number is added at the end.
Each user has a username in the form name.surname@almamater.si, which, together with a password, allows them to log in to various services and tools.
The services available to the user depend on their status.
Active students have more services available than graduates.

The Digital Identity username is also the official university email address of the user, to which the Alma Mater sends all official notifications from the VIS and Moodle systems.
You can change your password in VIS student information sistem, in the My details menu>Password AD. If you are unable to log in to VIS, please please contact us HERE.
The Alma Mater Identity is a digital identity that allows you to log in to all online portals of the Alma Mater University. It is linked to your university Microsoft365 account.
