Microsoft Bookings is a tool within Office 365 that simplifies scheduling of meetings, office hours and consultations. These instructions are intended for employees of Alma Mater University and enable quick and safe use of the service.

Instead of exchanging emails to determine a time slot, participants can select an available slot from your calendar themselves. The tool automatically synchronizes with Outlook Calendar, sends invitations and reminders, and allows you to configure availability by day.
