At Alma Matesr Europaea University we provide employees with a unified digital identity. The username is generated automatically from first and last names (firstname.lastname@almamater.si). If this combination already exists, a sequence number is appended.
Each user is assigned a username in the format firstname.lastname@almamater.si, which together with the password, enables sign-in to various services and tools.

Validity of the digital identity
The validity of the digital identity is tied to the validity of the employment contract, author’s contract, or service contract.
