Arnes Planer is a free online organizer offered by the Academic and Research Network of Slovenia (Arnes) to the academic community for coordinating meeting times. These instructions are intended for employees of Alma Mater University and enable quick and safe use of the service.
The tool works on the principle of a poll — the organizer proposes time slots, participants mark their availability and Planer automatically suggests the best option. It is suitable for coordinating larger groups without being tied to Microsoft or Google calendar.
