When you claim your digital identity and sign in to VIS for the first time, you will be prompted to change the temporary password. Do this in the menu under “My data” > “Change password”.
You can change your password at any time using the procedure described above. We recommend changing your password at least every 6 months.
If you have forgotten your password, you can fill in the issue reporting form.
Your digital identity grants access to a wide range of services, so handle your password with care.
