Outlook calendar is a scheduling component of Microsoft Outlook that enables management of personal and group appointments, meetings and events. These instructions are intended for students of Alma Mater Europaea University and enable quick and secure use of the service.
The calendar is integrated with e-mail, Microsoft Teams and Bookings, which enables easy inviting of participants, room booking and sharing availability with colleagues. It also supports synchronization with mobile devices via the Outlook app.
