Arnes Planer is a free online organizer offered by the Academic and Research Network of Slovenia (Arnes) to the academic community for coordinating meeting times. These instructions are intended for students of Alma Mater Europaea University and enable quick and secure use of the service.
The tool works on a poll principle — the organizer proposes time slots, participants mark their availability and Planer automatically suggests the best option. It is suitable for coordinating larger groups without being tied to Microsoft or Google calendar.
