Access to e-mail

When you claim your digital identity, you receive a university e-mail address. You will receive all messages from the University and messages from the VIS system on it, so check it regularly.

Your e-mail address is available throughout your employment. You can use it for:

  • sending and receiving mail, with a powerful overview of important messages,
  • personal calendars, shared calendars, and meeting organization,
  • a personal contact directory with access to the directory of all employees, and
  • tasks that help you keep track of all obligations.
