The regular flow of the study process means being present at lectures, exercises, and actively participating in the study process. In cases of “force majeure” when this is impossible, Alma Mater has introduced an additional approach for the benefit of students and study quality — online monitoring, which means being present live and active via the web.
To ensure an appropriate quality level of the study process and the competencies, knowledge, and skills acquired by each student, the Senate decided that if a student was not present at lectures live in the lecture hall (did not scan the QR code for sign-in and sign-out) but instead watched the lectures later or followed them online (in the case of hybrid* delivery), they must prepare a lecture summary (using the form Lecture Summary) and submit it in PDF format (max. 4 MB) no later than the sixth day after the lecture in the FLOW web interface (in the selected activity as a request for attendance recognition: FLOW > subject > status > attendance recognition request).
For lectures held exclusively online, summary submission is required only if you were not present at the online lecture (did not scan the QR code for sign-in and sign-out).
A student is considered present at a lecture if they were present for the entire lecture.
The student independently prepares a grammatically and stylistically appropriate summary. Copying or collaborating with other students in writing the summary is considered a serious disciplinary violation.
* hybrid lecture delivery means in-person delivery in the lecture hall with the option to follow online.

CONFIRMATION OF ATTENDANCE WHEN ATTENDING EXERCISES IN ANOTHER GROUP (FOR PHYSIOTHERAPY AND NURSING STUDENTS)
Important: At the start of the academic year, the student selects their home group (e.g., FTH1-LJ-A), where they must confirm attendance for all activities. This can be done either via QR code or by completing the exercise confirmation form and submitting an attendance recognition request in FLOW. Attendance for other groups cannot be directly confirmed in the FLOW system.
Procedure for confirming attendance with another group (e.g., FTH1-LJ-C):
- Filling out the attendance recognition form
The student fills out the online attendance recognition form for exercises on their phone. The completed form (on the phone) is then presented for signature to the exercise instructor of the other group (e.g., FTH1-LJ-C). At the end, the student reviews the entered data and creates a PDF document, which is sent to their email address. A notification of form completion is also sent to the email of the exercise instructor who signed it. - Submitting the request in FLOW
The student submits the attendance recognition request in FLOW under the home group activity (e.g., FTH1-LJ-A). The PDF of the signed form is attached to the request. - Review and decision on the request
The home group instructor (e.g., FTH1-LJ-A) reviews the submitted request in FLOW and either approves or rejects it. The student can track the status of their request in FLOW.
