Outlook Calendar is the scheduling and calendar component of Microsoft Outlook, fully integrated with e-mail, contacts, and other features. These instructions are intended for students of Alma Mater Europaea University and enable quick and safe use of the service.
The calendar is integrated with Microsoft Teams and Bookings, which enables easy inviting of participants, room booking and sharing availability with colleagues. It also supports synchronization with mobile devices via the Outlook app. Among other things, it enables:
- creating meetings and events,
- organizing meetings,
- sending the calendar to others by e-mail, etc.
