Outlook Calendar is the scheduling and calendar component of Microsoft Outlook, fully integrated with email, contacts, and other features. These instructions are intended for employees of Alma Mater Europaea University and enable quick and safe use of the service.
The calendar is integrated with Microsoft Teams and Bookings, allowing easy invitation of participants, room booking, and sharing availability with colleagues. It also supports synchronization with mobile devices via the Outlook app. Among other things, it enables:
- creating meetings and events,
- organizing gatherings,
- sending the calendar to others by email, etc.
