Power Automate

Power Automate (formerly Microsoft Flow) is a cloud-based tool that enables the creation and automation of workflows across multiple applications and services (e.g. for file synchronization, receiving notifications, collecting data, etc.). Flow enables connection with 139 different services, and ready-made templates are also available for easy rule configuration. Examples of workflows:

  • saving email attachments from Office 365 to OneDrive for Business
  • saving tweets with a specific keyword to a SharePoint list
  • receiving a push notification for important emails

To access the tool, sign in at https://office.com/ (with your digital identity), select Power Automate from the tools in the upper left corner, or go to powerautomate.com.
