What is VIS?

VIS (Higher Education Information System) is the information system of Alma Mater Europaea University that supports the study process.

  • For students: registering for and withdrawing from exams, viewing exam dates, recording exam grades, electronic enrollment, completing surveys, etc.

When do I receive the username and password for signing in to VIS?

When they enroll at Alma Mater, new students receive the details for claiming their digital identity in VIS.

If your username has not been assigned or is not active, please contact your student office. The username will then be generated by the next working day at the latest.

What should I do if I have forgotten my password?

If you have forgotten your password, contact the student office or fill in the form HERE and we will reset your password.

Why can I not sign in to VIS when I can sign in to my mailbox?

Whether you can sign in to certain information systems depends on:

  • whether you have student status,
  • whether you have any outstanding financial obligations,
  • whether you have a valid access date for student services, etc.
