Microsoft Bookings is a tool within Office 365 that simplifies scheduling meetings, office hours and consultations. These instructions are intended for students of Alma Mater Europaea University and enable quick and secure use of the service.
Instead of exchanging e-mails to set a time, participants can select an available slot from your calendar themselves. The tool automatically syncs with Outlook calendar, sends invitations and reminders, and allows you to set availability by day.
