Accessing the Wise Timetable

For Employees Last updated: 23. 09. 2026

Step-by-step instructions

Open your personal timetable

Every week you receive an e-mail notification from the Wise Timetable with a link to your personal timetable; we no longer send a PDF with meeting links before individual activities. The link opens the week with all the activities where you are the lecturer. You reach the same timetable through VIS as well: on almamater.si click the VIS banner, sign in with your Alma Mater identity and select TIMETABLE and then TIMETABLES.

Another route: find yourself among the lecturers

If you do not have the notification at hand, open the Wise Timetable. No sign-in is needed. At the Lecturers filter click +, find your name in the search field and apply your selection with Apply; until you click Apply, the view does not change. The Groups, Subjects and Rooms filters work in the same way, and you remove a selected filter with ×.

Move between weeks and choose a view

Above the timetable are the arrows ‹ and › for the week, « and » for the month, the Today link and the Jump to a date field. The selected week is written next to them, for example Week 1, together with the start and end dates of the week. The Full view button opens a menu with three options: Full view, Occupied only and Optimised height.

Open an activity

In the weekly view, click the activity card; the activity page opens with the details Rooms, Lecturers, Teaching type and Course code, where the Copy button copies the course code. For an activity with an online meeting, above these details there is also a Join online button and, next to it, a Copy button that copies the link to the meeting.

The button opens the meeting in the right application: usually Microsoft Teams, for some activities, for example some online exams, still Zoom. How to run an online or hybrid lecture is described in the article Running online and hybrid lectures in Teams.

Create a permanent link

Below the filter row is the Link to this view button. Clicking it opens a field with the address of the current selection and a Copy button. Save such a link in your bookmarks or send it to your students, and it opens exactly this selection.

Subscribe to the timetable in your calendar

In VIS, select My data, then Personal data and Calendar subscription. In the subscribed calendar, each event also contains the meeting link. The calendar refreshes with a delay, so for last-minute changes open the timetable.

Print or export the timetable

In the menu with the three-line icon, choose This page and then Print if you want a printout of the current page. To export, choose Reports in the same menu, select Groups, Subjects, Lecturers or Rooms and click Show; the links Download PDF, Download Excel and Printable / PDF appear.

Set the language

The Language button (top right) opens a menu with the interface languages. Under the heading Names there is also a switch between As the school writes them and Translated, which applies to the names of subjects, rooms and programs; when Translated is selected, there is an asterisk next to the language code.
